About
Gautama is an artist based out of Seattle.
Coming from a rich background of immigration and cultural exchange, his drawings explore the change of culture and religion over time.
His work seeks to understand how culture and religion chage as they diffuse across national membranes.
How does the culture of our present connect us to the past? And how may it connect us to the future? Why do humans worship, and how do they decide upon the beings they venerate?
Gautama has a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, and has a strong interest in neurotechnology.
Gautama’s work has been exhibited widely, from Seattle to Mexico City to Los Angeles.
